Position Brief

As a Tailor of Manno Clothing & Tailoring, one must have an incredible work ethic, the desire to constantly improve,
and the poise to provide excellent craftsmanship. The Tailor shall be friendly, highly skilled, and able to work
under deadlines. Other responsibilities may include marking customers and pressing garments for delivery.

Requirements

• Previous tailoring experience either in a formal or work setting
• Formal training and work history information is encouraged
• Able to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled shift
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance and appropriate wardrobe choices
• Respect all garments being worked on
• Ask questions if unsure of work to be done
• Assist clients in marking garments
• Maintain poise during busy situations, always placing our clients’ interests above our own
• Accept instruction from supervisory staff with a positive attitude
• Humbly learn from our existing tailor staff and accept constructive criticism
